Down Dirty ‘N’ Done is owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Ajohntae and Theresa Cunningham—a hardworking couple raising four amazing kids while balancing full-time careers and building a cleaning brand rooted in family and excellence.

 Ajohntae is a Supervisor for one of the largest sanitation companies in the Denver metro area. Theresa is a Clinical Manager for a large ophthalmology group. Together, they understand busy lives—and created this company to give clients back their time, energy, and peace of mind.

With their combined experience, strong work ethic, and real-world perspective, they created Down Dirty ‘N’ Done to serve families, businesses, and property owners who need a trustworthy, top-notch cleaning service they can rely on. As full-time professionals and full-time parents, they understand that time is precious—and that a clean space can change everything.
